1. Product Introduction

SAENGMYUNG-NARA40 is a light weight nursery soils, manufactured from lightweight materials such as sterile inorganic vermiculite calcined at high temperature and coco peat imported through strict quality control as main raw materials, and mixed appropriately with loess with excellent soil buffer capacity. This is lightweight so suitable to be a very convenient for rice planting.

2. Features and effects

▪ Lightweight nursery soils : Lightweight materials such as coco peat and vermiculite and loess are appropriately blended to make it light so it is convenient for even the elderly. (Product weight: 19 ~ 20kg / bag)

▪ Convenient workability : It is easy to work on automatic seeders and manual work by having low cocopeat fiber content and good water absorption ability.

▪ Nursery Stability : It is excellent in nursery stability because it has excellent air permeability such as fertilizer nutrients retentiion and root respiration, so that root development (mat formation) is active.

▪ Excellent chemical properties :Easy to transplant by regulating acidity (pH) suitable for rice seedlings and containing appropriate nutrients to enable strong seedlings.

▪ Sterilization effect : By sterilizing various pathogens, there is little risk of plant physiological disorders, so safe rice planting is possible.

3. Cautions

▪ Stacking seedling trays : Please stack seedling trays to prevent seed rot and seedling diseases.

▪ Temperature management : If the germination temperature is 35 degrees or more and 20 degrees or less, poor germination and mold failure may occur. Therefore proper temperature control is required.

▪ Greening work : When budding, if exposed to strong sunlight of 10,000 lux or more, the plant will become smaller due to dwarfism. Therefore please shade appropriately.

▪ Seedling tray work : When placing the seedling tray in the nursery, ensure that the bottom of the seedling tray is in full contact with the nursery to ensure proper watering.

4. Usage

▪ Young seedlings

- Numbers of trays required per a 40L package:: 14 ~ 16 (2.4 ~ 2.5L per tray)

▪ Medium-sized seedlings

- Numbers of trays required per a 40L package: 12 ~ 14 (2.8 ~ 3.2L per tray)
