1. Product Introduction

GREEN NARA20 is a semi-heavy seedling soil made by mixing sterile loess mined in Cheongyang, Chungcheong province, vemiculite expanded at high temperature, coco peat and fertilizer nutrients needed for rice seedlings.

2. Features and benefits

▪ Semi-heavyweight nursery soil : Produced by mixing loess with lightweight material such as vermiculite and coco peat so it is lighter than the conventional nursery soil.

▪ Nursery Stability : It is excellent in nursery stability because it has excellent air permeability such as nutrients retention ability and root respiration, so that root development (mat formation) is active.

▪ Excellent chemical properties : It is easy for transplanting work because it is possible to control the pH suitable for the seedling of rice and to have strong seedlings by proper nutrition.

▪ Sterilization effect : It sterilizes various pathogens and has few physiological disturbances, so rice seedlings can be safely planted.

▪ Convenient workability : The granular and pulverulent raw materials are properly blended to make the particles uniform and good drainage of soil, which is convenient for automatic seeders and manual work.

3. Cautions

▪ Stacking seedling trays : Please stack seedling trays to prevent seed rot and seedling diseases.

▪ Temperature management : If the germination temperature is 35 degrees or more and 20 degrees or less, poor germination and mold failure may occur. Therefore proper temperature control is required.

▪ Greening work : When budding, if exposed to strong sunlight of 10,000 lux or more, the plant will become smaller due to dwarfism. Therefore please shade appropriately.

▪ Seedling tray work : When placing the seedling tray in the nursery, ensure that the bottom of the seedling tray is in full contact with the nursery to ensure proper watering.

▪ Young seedlings

- Numbers of trays required per a 20L package: 7 ~ 8 (2.4 ~ 2.5L per tray)

▪ Medium-sized seedlings

- Numbers of trays required per a 20L package: 6 ~ 7 (2.8 ~ 3.2L per tray)
